I began my career as a product designer, trained to solve complex problems by creating clear, elegant systems. That way of thinking now shapes everything I do as a coach.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped business owners simplify, clarify and strengthen their organisations. Initially I learnt my craft at Gil Dove Associates, a leading coaching company in central London, serving global clients including Saatchi & Saatchi and the BBC. I then moved on to ambitious founders of smaller businesses and teams across the South East.

Everything I offer is built from experience, not templates. I don’t deliver generic training. I work with you to understand what’s really going on and what needs to change to move forward.
